#FirestoneWalkerBrewing calls its Hopnosis #IPA a “cold IPA” though it wasn’t immediately clear to me whether the brewery was playing on its use of #CryoHops, or if more was involved. As it happens, there is more to it than “cryo” and FW brewed up a solid #beer.

Reviewing Ring My Bell Fresh Hop Cryo #IPA from #DoubleMountainBrewery & Cidery and #SoleraBrewery, brewed with "fresh hop" #CryoHops that were flash-frozen from last year's fresh hop harvest and processed via Cryo technology.

A surprise package arrived late last week from Hood River’s #DoubleMountainBrewery, containing a bottle of the latest seasonal/limited IPA that is apparently a collaboration with #SoleraBrewery (located in nearby Parkdale): Ring My Bell Fresh Hop Cryo IPA.
