I built a toolchain via the crosstools-ng for our platform, and now I think we can decline Vitis and the petalinux SDK for building packages. Also, It will allow placing the toolchain along any path. Because the petalinux SDK is tied to its installation path. But I should test it for using it for production.
The Hello World example program works on my Kindle.
Reminder for myself: gcc 9.5.0 compiles glibc 2.19 with binutils 2.45 in crosstools-ng 1.28.0
