You might have read the news about a new #CrossBorderBus line between Terneuzen 🇳🇱 and Gent 🇧🇪 , that will start service in December of this year.

What they didn't tell is that the current bus route between Terneuzen and Gent, which involves a change of bus between Connexxion and De Lijn in Zelzate 🇧🇪 is going to be impossible from 3 May of this year, because the Terneuzen - Zelzate bus is going to be a rush hour service and the sections between Sas van Gent and Zelzate replaced by flexible transport that has to be booked in advance using an account at the province.

From Dreiländereck news: In addition to the established IDOL 691 bus line running every 4 hours during weekends between Zittau 🇩🇪 – Bogatynia 🇵🇱 – Frýdlant 🇨🇿 – Świeradów-Zdrój 🇵🇱...

A brand new line IDOL 692 started running Monday to Friday every 2 hours between Zittau 🇩🇪 – Bogatynia 🇵🇱 – Frýdlant 🇨🇿 since the 1st January. It runs in a different time slot than the weekend one, connecting into the Taktfahrplan node in Zittau in both directions. Also has more stops in Zittau, Porajów, and Sieniawka.

Finally a decent replacement for the Zittau 🇩🇪 – Bogatynia 🇵🇱 – Frýdlant 🇨🇿 railway line. It took just... It has been 80 years and few months since the line was cut into pieces by two closed country borders and 50 years since the last train ran on the last remaining section.
