Tokyo Highway Challenge 2.

It's not the best racer that I've ever seen on Dreamcast, but it does take what was laid down in the original game & add some new elements to the experience.

Most noticeably, the ability to travel to different sections of Tokyo's highways, with more opponents to race on the map.
