Is there a support group for people who try to cancel their BT TV contract? Twice I’ve had to hang up after being on hold for over 30 minutes. #BTTV #CrapService

For weeks I’ve been trying to cancel an insurance policy. I gave up on trying the 0800 number and tried various email addresses instead (including one to the broker that administers the policy).
*Crickets*
Finally today I managed to contact someone through an online chat and was told I’d used the ‘wrong’ email addresses.
The addresses were valid (no bounce-back) so surely someone could have forwarded the email on, or at least emailed me back with the correct one?
