I'd mandate #OpenSource #Firmware & #Hardware (down to the #Schematics and last Transistor/Diode in the Chips!) to allow any #Netowrk equipment to be sold, and explicitly ban nations with offensive Cyber capabilities and/or known #Govware and/or #Cyberfascist laws.

#NSA programs and #CouldAct would disqualify the #USA either way!
