Complete mayhem this morning.
It would seem that drama has occurred offstage - now instead of 8-10 crows coming every time I put food out, only two arrive. (edit: I know there are three in the video. This was unusual.)
Have they told the rest to bugger off? Staked their claim? Does anyone know how this works?

The crows have started to trust me, I think.
βπ π£π§ππ'π€ π»ππͺ... that the magpie has now been saved. Hope she found her parents, however she should be fine, she is old enough, able to fly and hunt insects. Good luck little one, please be more careful in the future.

Reginald. He'll have to gather food for two now - Yen hasn't shown up, which means breeding has started. The Magpies also have a nest close by. My poor crows! πππ -5Β°C and ice rain... some of the feathers on the head are actually frozen in place, they don't move with her expressions. I gave them a bigger portion of peanuts as usual and also some dog treatos (dried meat without any additives). And I can tell they're not in the best mood. They were desperate for the snack.
