With a bit of luck, Chatcontrol could die today. Hungary is pushing hard to get a vote in the council *today*, which is a risky move. There should be enough opposition from member states to garantuee that the vote will not succeed. This would mean that the regulation is dead. More likely outcome is (yet another) postponement. So let’s see if the vote will stay in the agenda or not.
