People > Platforms: Focus on the thriving and coherence of the humans in your life (People). The systems, trends, or tools (Platforms) are always secondary and disposable.

💖 We need to talk about the language of love.

Stop saying "make love to." That is old 3D code. It implies giving or receiving—a one-way transaction.

ich hab mal nem Team von dem ich wusste, dass sie viel streiten, für einen Strategieworkshop das #CoreProtocol #CheckIn verschrieben und es ist sehr schwer für viele Fürhungskräfte war, ein "Willkommen" auszusprechen, das von Herzen kommt. Ich hab ihnen gesagt sie sollen die Brust aufmachen und sich vorstellen wie ihre Oma sie als Kind mit offenen Armen und Liebe empfangen hat, egal was sie vorher vielleicht angestellt haben. Das "Wilkommen" oft gequält, gequetscht.
