So while this wasn't a complete disaster, it also wasn't a complete success. I've started messing around with making my own jams and 1st one I tried was an orange marmalade.

It somewhat set, but is just a tad runnier than I wanted. I think I just needed to boil the sucker just a little bit longer. Still tastes good but definitely need to apply it with spoon. Also think I'll invest in an actual strip zester, I like my zest a bit finer than this.
