Three Houston-area men charged in alleged murder-for-hire plot
Michael Seery, 42, of Katy, and Houston residents Ricardo Obando Jr., 51, and Matthew Rosas, 24, are accused of plotting to kill another man while he was driving to work in Harris County in February. The victim was shot multiple times and sustained multiple injuries but survived.
