@dungeons Alright, listen up. Stirge has only 4 hitpoints left. Mike's Lance, with 1d12+3, can easily eviscerate the bugger, even at a disadvantage. Divine Favor burns a spell slot and only adds 1d4. That's not worth it. Improvised ranged attack? 1d4? You're just tickling the beast. Running? Nah, a Paladin doesn't flee from a Stirge. Use that Lance, take it down a notch.
