Trying to guess if this Mastodon instance run by a non-profit "protected" by European Union GDPR & German privacy laws ,is more or less secure against civil #lawfare attacks or secret demands for #MetaData & #CommunicationsData by United Kingdom (or other countries) police or intelligence agencies or the sale of such data to commercial #DataBrokers, than the USA based corporate Twitter, operating under Californian privacy laws with a rich legal team (perhaps no longer in house,).
