«After sustained pressure, #IUF affiliates Filcams #CGIL, Fisascat #CISL and #Uiltucs won a historic first company-level #CollectiveAgreement at #McDonalds #Italy. The agreement, which is a significant win for #workers, comes after the #Italian #unions organized strikes and other actions.

ICT employees (Information and Communications Technology) with a collective agreement earn, on average, over 14% more than those working in companies without such agreements. Additionally, they work fewer hours. This is revealed by the new ICT Salary Comparison Analysis from IG Metall, which also allows ICT employees to check and compare their own salaries.
