Today's afternoon meal:
cold soba; sauce w/tahini, sesame oil, chopped garlic, roasted garlic paste, spy sauce, ACV; celery tossed with lemon juice, sugar, fish sauce; mushrooms and onions sauteed with soy sauce and fish sauce; hardboiled egg, fresno chili, and arame on top; and iced mugicha and leftover sweet-sour-spicy-smoky ramen broth on the side.

I forgot to take a pic because I was hungry, but I made this again with the extra sauce leftover from last time, with a bunch of lightly steam-sauteed veggies on the side (cabbage, celery, red bell pepper, fresno chili w/soy sauce) and a little bit of a rotisserie chicken for some protein.
