The Caribbean doesn’t have a talent problem; it has a talent translation problem where we use external frameworks to misread local cognitive strengths.

Standard HR models often miss the high Collaborative Resonance and Execution Drive inherent in professionals who navigate small, complex markets. We need to stop importing frameworks and start asking what cognitive dimensions are strengthened just by existing in this region.
