Ah, that's interesting. I thought that the clip he posted in a video with the eBay listing didn't work, but it seems it was just very picky about browser choice.
Unfortunately, I don't think that this is a forgotten Cliff Edwards number at all. To my ear it is definitely not him. Try it for yourself:

By Cliff Edwards aka Ukulele Ike! There is no artist information on the label, but I'm pretty darn sure that this one is byCliff Edwards, a.k.a. Ukulele Ike, a.k.a. Jiminy Cricket. TWO rather RUDE Recordings.

In the post this morning:
Tweaked the size settings on my I LIKE IKE badge design so I can more easily use a rotary cutter on the printouts. Not perfect, but pretty close. Three colourful stickers, ready to be applied to waiting ukulele cases.
Here's a link to the PDF songsheet for the tune from earlier in the thread:

I’m delighted to report that the record plays perfectly and sounds great. In common with the other tracks recorded at the session for the “Ukulele Ike Sings Again” LP, it sadly doesn't feature much in the way of ukulele, but I’m not going to be sniffy about a Cliff Edwards track that's entirely new to me.
When time allows I’ll write up a songsheet for it, but for now I’ve uploaded it to YouTube:
Don't tell the mouse 😉
