How can we reach those objecting to church talking about wage fairness, those who also wave the flag of missions and LIBERTY?

I saw a post about #churchdiscipline. Sure one can make jokes about kinks but this was the scariest thing growing up - that you could lose your whole community or support system for believing slightly differently or more humanely than the group. When i didn't know the rules, it was terrifying. After, you knew you had to hide who you were. And to one raised in it, not realizing there was anything else beyond that group, being kicked out was worse than my fear of hell tbh.
