Chatting with my bestie in Denver last night, she mentioned she was planning on having a bigger birthday party at a bowling bar. That turned into me asking my Director if I could work that week from Denver. Not only was she cool with that, I got an extra lieu day granted to me. Now the flights are booked, using points, and it'll only be a three day work week since I'll be taking two vacation days, too. Oh, and we'll also be going to some concert at Red Rocks to boot. #CharmedLife
