The FL Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at FGCU is ready to assist local businesses with disaster recovery efforts and will have a Mobile Assistance Center (MAC) open at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall.

• SAT, Oct. 19, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• SUN, Oct. 20, 2024 from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

The FL SBDC Mobile Assistance Center will be near Bealls at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 1441 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL, 33948.

Small business owners can receive on-site support. Business owners should bring all available financial documentation to help expedite the process.

• Wednesday, Oct. 16: Fellowship Church of Englewood, 140 Rotonda Blvd. W, Rotonda West
• Thursday, Oct. 17: Harold Avenue Regional Park Recreation Center, 23400 Harold Ave., Port Charlotte
• Friday, Oct. 18: Harold Avenue Regional Park Recreation Center, 23400 Harold Ave., Port Charlotte

All locations have comfort stations of restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities available for free use daily from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. until further notice.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management, with support from

👉 Charlotte County, has established a public fuel depot at Charlotte Sports Park, located at 2300 El Jobean Rd. in Port Charlotte.

The site is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until further notice to assist residents in their recovery efforts. Each vehicle is limited to 10 gallons of fuel.
