I'm using changedetection.io to be alerted about new apartment units that are coming into the market at a complex I'm interested in. It is going pretty well.

Note that they offer a paying service, but if you are technically inclined you can run their software locally, like I do.

If you need to interact with the page (like I do), you can ask changedetection.io to start a selenium browser to check the page out.

Spun up a copy of #changedetectionio and it's a great tool. Only (relatively large) gripe I've got; it's very much designed for a single user, which seems annoying when you might have many people using a tool of it's kind.
