The #opensource driver of #AllWinner #VPU #Cedrus (not GPU, there is #Lima driver for it) is ready

It only support H.264 and MPEG.2 now, but H.265 will come soon. They are working on mainling it in Linux (adding a new api for stateless VPU in it) created libva-v4l2-request (from libva-v4l2-cedrus). This already work on Kodi, and they are currently working on both VLC and Gstreamer.
