First, canola is a weed soaked in bee killing pesticides that we would do well to grow a lot less of in favour of something edible.

Second, they underestimate the domestic market for bacon. Lower pork prices at home are a good thing.

Note: Class 130 (Too Wet to Seed) is found in the Interlake and Parkland regions of the province. Due to excessive spring rainfall it wasn't possible for farmers to plant crops. #CdnAg #WestCdnAg #CropMap24
