It's been a good 2 weeks.
We saw 2(!) Sondheim shows: Merrily We Roll Along (movie) & Assassins (theatre).
I got ghost roots and judged a cat show (and got new head shots).
Notice of a new story by @[email protected] turned up in my email - look for "This is not a Space Kidnapping Fantasy."
In Sad News: today we lost a fellow writer--Carole Stokes passed from surgical complications. I did many many ZOOM panels with her.

Do I own any little cats or have I seen them recently?
My newest kitty (there are four others) is wandering in and out as I work on these questions.
I got my first cat in grad school and since then I've always had some. We bred cats for a little over 25 years (maine coons, havanas, munchkins).
In February in will be my 25th anniversary as a cat show judge.

How about niches or special interests?
I'm the crazy cat lady. Just the other day I was explaining the genetics of chocolate (as a cat coat color) when I brought my solid chocolate munchkin longhair to the vet.
For those interested, chocolate is recessive to black, but dominate to cinnamon.
I can go on all day . . .

It's a sore but happy day today.
Yesterday hubby and I judged our first cat show in a little bit for the wonderfully named Carnivorous Winos [cat club]. There was a lovely club dinner Saturday night at DoGood's in Lebanon, Pensylvania also.
