@Hansonthebike It’s simple really. You aren’t likely to get killed standing in a bike lane or on a sidewalk. So clearly such places are a public nuisance, because people they don’t want to stand nearby can safely do so. If those were lanes of traffic there’d be no loitering. #CarLogic
