Well I've just had a wasted hour going to the pharmacy for my COVID booster, only to be told I have nothing that qualifies as a weakened immune system, and none of the meds I'm on mean I need a booster!

Just rung the GP as it was an auto generated request for me to make an appointment🤔
They're going to look into it!
But fair play to the clinician I saw, he was very clear in what he told me!

Yesterday was a half day because our grader left. On the plus side my amazing partner and I were able to get our #CovidBooster.
Arm is sore and I crashed early last night.

At work today I’m starting grader training, which is good and stressful

I read that the current recommendation for seniors & those "at risk" is to get a #CovidBooster shot at 6 months. So, I'll get one in April.

Finally got the COVID booster today. Apparently our insurance has been refusing to pay for boosters for anyone under 18 so we paid $200 out of pocket for our 4 year old's booster. Here's a hearty boo of shame to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, a real collection of villains who'd deny health care to a child.
