The Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA) passed the House yesterday; it grants #DHS and #ICE sweeping new power to collect American citizens' personal information under the guise of combating retail theft... and I can't find any #dataprivacy or #cybersecurity focused coverage of it.

If anyone here has seen any good journalism or explainers or breakdowns on #CORCA , please let me know!
