Starting to think this project is cursed. A week ago my CNC spindle slipped down in it's holder and the bit dug into the material (first image). This resulted in destroying the spindle and the control board. After fixing it and thorough testing for a week I ran the same program again and this time the coupler came loose and once again the bit slipped down and dug into the material (second image). Hopefully third time will be the charm.
