First issue: my connecting tabs were too thin vs the cut dept so are cut through on at least one of the outer edges, note to self: account for cut-through and bulk tabs out a bit next time if this time fails.

Outer has cut fine, inner now will be the tricky one...

Bunged a CCTV unit in next to it so I can see whars going on from the 19°C warmth of the study!

Its #CNCCam (as opposed to #CADCAM ? 🤣)
