The state is divided into three regions, but all three contracts are held by #Visy, however each scheme (I have experience only with #CDSEast and #CDSNorth) operates completely differently, with separate apps, experiences and accounts required. It’s a mess (assuming you can find an operating machine)
In #CDSEast you can select a charity at the machine, or with an account have payments made to #paypal. In #CDSNorth, the machine defaults to a #Coles #supermarketduopoly voucher and you need to supply a bank account for other payments. Yesterday I flashed my barcode and was 'welcomed' to the machine, but at completion was given a #supermarketduopoly voucher instead of a receipt for my registered account. My granddaughter will not be pleased.
