The Mustard Plug is the band I wished Mighty Mighty Bosstones could be*. I heard their insane/amazing/perfect cover of The Freshman on late-night radio in #ColumbusOhio in the late #90s on our excellent (now dead) radio station #CD101. Every once in a while I just dial up a Mustard Plug song and wish I was at a concert in the 90s banging my head with the actual #ska fans.

*There are other ska bands that fit this description, too, but I'm not well-versed in ska, so if you have suggestions, I'm all ears.

I turned on 92.9 and they were playing "Elvis is Everywhere" by Mojo Nixon.
