I know this seemed silly but it was really exciting to me as a first time voter! :) I'm proud of myself. My mothers side of the family doesn't vote/etc and I was pressured into not registering by my mother because I didn't "need" to vote. I use to be scared about the elections because I couldn't vote, but today I changed that!

This may seem silly or small, but it's a big step to me!
