In exchange, they are promised #Russian citizenship and cash payments depending on the region where the contract is signed. There are plenty of volunteers: out of a group of 20 people at a training ground near #Luhansk, 16 were citizens of other countries. Among them is #Ruslan_Mustafayev, a citizen of #Azerbaijan.
