I'm a personal believer in
#CollectiveBargaining before
#Unionizing. I feel making a union should be a last resort, as crazy as that sounds to most
#Democrats who populate
#Mastodon. I feel there can be a way to make compromises that can help both parties. To unionize is to fight against the owners and as great as they sound on paper, they lead to making innovation way more expensive for the owners and a lot less worth it for the members in those unions because union fees and stuff. Not to mention the corruption that unions tend to have. Honestly, if people want to call me a bad person for this opinion, that's okay. I still believe in fair treatment and I don't feel that unionizing is the only way to get what you want. I want to be the kind of boss that anyone can come to for problems and or help. Not all business owners are out to get you democrats. Really think about it. All we're trying to do as people is thrive and make a success out of ourselves. If you disagree, that's okay but if you bash my character, you don't know me well enough to really understand me as a person and that's all there is to it. Get to know me first before making me out to be a monster when I'm not. Thanks for reading. I look forward to opinions. Boost for reach.
