I have been impressed by coordinated international response to #COVID19 #pandemic. There are huge inequalities within & between countries, & most vulnerable in society have paid a disproportionate price... I was wrong. Apparently, #lessons of COVID19 are being forgotten. World remains stuck in familiar cycle of panic-neglect that characterized past epidemics.
