I know for many people glitter is a huge part of expressing their identity, which makes it very hard to argue against. This isn't homophobia, Kate Bradbury herself is a lesbian. But glitter is terribly harmful to wildlife - it's tiny aluminium shards covered in plastic, and even the majority of eco glitter is aluminium shards covered in a biodegradeable coating.

Brighton Pride today! 🏳️‍🌈 As it has such a long queer history it can do that outside of Pride month. 😋

Party later (and the city centre's basically one big party by now, I'm sure!) so glad to be skipping the parade and chilling this year.
