Single tracks, sand, gravel climbs, apathetic sheep,, even a flat tire in the final 20 km.-- A true monster of a final day took us through #Grimsdalen and the wilderness of the Grimsa valley back to the starting point in #Tolga. With this, the #BrightMidnight2024 has been completed after 1109 km in the saddle and close to 16000 m of climbing. Thanks Justinas. What a ride!

Took hours, but Sognefjellet has finally been climbed! Nice weather too up there at the glacier. Heavy rain and tough wind en route to Ovre Ardal.

Congrats to Alex for he win. Chapeau!

Climbed the toll road to almost 1200 m in the freezing cold at night. After 2nd breakfast in Lom Sognefjellet is waiting. #brightmidnight2024 #ultracycling
Sadly, the Juvasshytta climb was cut from the race by the organizers. Nobody knows why exactly. Probably it is not safe to ride due to snow.
