This year's BOOM Charlotte fringe arts festival was moved to a very nice area with a lake and fountain providing multiple beautiful locations for artists and vendors. Would that take away from its edginess or just show how popular it has become?

Would the turtles get uppity?

There were musicians and shows with overlapping schedules. I had to run back and forth to see as much as I could. More to come in this thread.
