For some reason, #Bookwym doesn't seem to want to combine the finished reading and review actions. 🤷‍♂️

He superado varios récords además. En fin, cada vez voy pudiendo hacer cositas más divertidas
Ahora voy a pasarme el relato de este mes de #aanuk al kindle que ya ha llegado el correo y a hacer la ficha en #bookwym

Book Review #6 for 2024 is Patrick K O'Donnell's Operatives, Spies, and Saboteurs.

I liked this book because I think it tells the story of brave men and women, of diverse political philosophies and nations who fought behind the lines to win the war in Europe. A five-cup review. ☕☕☕☕☕

We were able to complete the #Bookwym migration project and are now in the proposal phase for the second #GuildAlpha sprint.

Are #bookwym and #pixelft - think that’s what it’s called - you know that fediverse YouTube alternative.. are they accessible for #blind folk using #screenreaders? Thanks.

@scalzi found a five star review of (just the stars, no write-up) on a #Bookwym site https://ramblingreaders.org/book/316098/s/slow-time-between-the-stars by @jason_burnett

Unfortunately, I imported a different one with no reviews to https://books.mxhdr.net/book/61933/s/slow-time-between-the-stars

Oh well, next time I'll look closer before requesting an import 🤷‍♂️

Slow Time Between the Stars - Rambling Readers

An artificial intelligence on a star-spanning mission explores the farthest horizons of human potential—and its own purpose—in a mind-bending short story by New York Times bestselling author John Scalzi. Equipped with the entirety of human knowledge, a sentient ship is launched on a last-ditch journey to find a new home for civilization. Trillions of miles. Tens of thousands of years. In the space between, the AI has plenty of time to think about life, the vastness of the universe, everything it was meant to do, and—with a perspective created but not limited by humans—what it should do. John Scalzi’s Slow Time Between the Stars is part of The Far Reaches , a collection of science-fiction stories that stretch the imagination and open the heart. They can be read or listened to in one sitting.

Je suis en train de mettre à jour lire.boitam.eu, ça risque de secouer quelques minutes. #Bookwym

I'd really like to move out of Goodreads, but one feature that gets me is the automated ability to capture a book as started reading or finished reading from my Kindle.

Is there a way to automatically capture that event and send it to Bookwyrm? Automations are pretty much the only way for me to reliably capture that information with my ADHD brain. #bookwym #automation
