So, news circulating about the #BlueButterflyZone inside Camp Dilley just crossed my radar a few minutes ago.

I can confirm, from previous reporting, that there is a section inside Dilley called "Blue Butterfly". I cannot confirm that only prepubescent and young teen girls are held there, in isolation from the rest of the units, but I've got a bad feeling it might be true.

Nothing this government or it's paramilitary does can be trusted. We need independent observers, maybe even the UN, in these detention centers, and we need it yesterday.
