Today had a bottle of Textures de Pedra 2017, excellent sparkling blanc de noirs from Catalan winery Raventós i Blanc. Based on three local red wine varieties: bastard negre, xarel•lo vermell and sumoll. Farmed using biodynamic techniques on Penedes vineyards owned by the same family since 1497. Amazing!
