From December 9–13, 2024, Miguel Cisneiros participated in the 3rd BioHackathon Germany, held in Kassel—a vibrant gathering of bioinformatics and life sciences experts collaborating on groundbreaking projects.
Miguel contributed to the "Building on top of OntoGPT" project.
The BioHackathon, organized by de.NBI and ELIXIR Germany, hosted nine cutting-edge projects across areas like training, BioImaging, plant bioinformatics, and Trusted Research Environments

Miguel Cisneiros participated in the PHENET-EMPHASIS Data Management Training held in Paris from December 4–6, 2024. This event brought together researchers, data managers, and bioinformaticians to explore advanced data management practices in phenotyping research. 🌱
