๐ฌ Belga Films, one of Belgiumโs key film distributors, has been declared bankrupt, forcing the closure of its Brussels White Cinema. A total of 19 employees at the distributor and 14 at the cinema lose their jobs. "This is a serious blow to our film sector," says VRT NWS film journalist Lieven Van Gils. The Belgian cinema landscape faces a significant loss.
