I'm starting an artifact series; Sharing pic's of objects,art or stuff I was given or have collected along the way.
Today a small painting depicting me and my three wheeled moped. Another birthday present. It's small, verging on the abstract in green, red and blue on a yellow background.
It was painted by the, then young and talented, visual artist Marjolein Witte in 1999

It's going up north to get welded and the leaf springs and wheels re-aligned.
Last weekend I was complaining that there where some repairs I just couldn't do although it's functioning. My saddle has been lose for 10 years now 🤦🏻♀️
This afternoon I saw gen Alpha getting indoctrinated in three wheeler-ism

Finally! Lights are up, and today I took my #bakbrommer for a ride to work.
Riding good, still some noise when on certain higher rpm so need to find out what is loose and fix it.

Front box is finally finished and mounted 😃
I did a test run around the hood and just cant wait to start driving it on regular basis.
Next, re-route electricity wireing and connect lights

After some delay caused by yet again other priorities, I managed to build the wooden box for the front of my #bakbrommer
Now it's time to paint it. #brahmin

2. Frame is welded back together, much shorter and looking very mad-maxy now. Since the entire machine is much lighter, and faster, its also bit less stable (managed to put it on two wheels when taking sharp turn). Wooden box will add few kilos and will also push the front down.
Next up, wood work and electricity.
