My new snowshoes are broken - the lace broke when I fell - and I have to guide the next tour in 6 days.

I really like the BOA system - but not selling repair kits at all and sending them only from the US is really a bad customer experience. Even if the repair kit is free. I would prefer to pay a reasonable price but have it tomorrow...
