We're thrilled to announce that the Blacks in Cybersecurity Mentorship Program is gearing up for its upcoming 12-week cohort. We're on the hunt for dedicated Sub-Committee Members, inspiring Mentors, and eager Mentees.
🎯 About the Program
The Mentorship Program offers mentorship opportunities to those who are keen on building a career in cybersecurity. It's virtual, this 12-week initiative features weekly sessions that include group discussions and guest lectures from industry leaders, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching experience for all involved.
📋 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Sub-Committee Members
As a Sub-Committee Member, you'll play a pivotal role in the program's success by assisting in mentor and mentee recruitment, orchestrating events, evaluating the program's impact and more.
🔹 Mentors
As a Mentor, your role will be to provide individualized guidance to mentees, helping them to set achievable career goals, acquire new skills, and broaden their professional network.
🔹 Mentees
As a Mentee, you'll work closely with your mentor to establish career objectives, execute action plans, and actively participate in program events.

Applications are open to all: Sub-Committee applicants, potential Mentors, and future Mentees.
Select candidates will be interviewed. Due to limited availability, not all applicants will be selected for participation.
