Brad Vrolijk 💬Don’t pay too much attention to #Twitter that’s days, but I was thinking about other big tech acquisitions: #MySpace, #Bebo, #Tumblr…all ended up more or less failing (though tumblr is finding a new footing it seems) and sold off for a piddly fraction of what they were bought for. Maybe Jack and co were smart: there’s no viable business model for the platform that doesn’t devalue it, so they took the big bucks and got out while the going was good.
