What do you think of the term #AutisticAdvocate & #AutismExpert ?
Personally, I feel uncomfortable when people refer to me as an 'advocate'...
Aren't we all 'advocates'?
We're all trying to correct misinformation and raise awareness about #Autism
And #AutismExpert ?
Anyone who has been identifying as Autistic for longer than a year, sometimes earlier, is an 'Autism Expert'; it usually becomes a special interest.
