This morning's campus wildlife is once again the tiny Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog in its favourite leaf nest, and an Australasian Grebe (one of two on the lake this morning).

The lone Australasian Grebe that has taken up residence on the main lake at UQ.
It is quite wary of people (unlike most other birds on campus), and had swum out in to the lake from the shore as I approached this afternoon. Mostly backlit from the afternoon sun, and surrounded by zooming dragonflies.
We went out this morning, despite the forecast for rain (which turned out to be accurate) and wandered around Enoggera Reservoir. There weren't a lot of visible birds about, but I got a few.
