It speaks to how European "Jewish Heritage Sites" and "Holocaust Memorials" make a spectacle about Judaism, but they often rely on the same antisemitic tropes that Jews deal with today, how non-Jews are happy to talk about the Holocaust but don't want to deal with real Jews, and the reality of being an actual living Jew.

Qui peut imaginer Simone Veil montrer la moindre complaisance à l’égard du Hamas ? Qui peut l’imaginer parlant comme #ZinebElRhazoui ? Et qu’on ne vienne pas me parler de censure et de persécutions. On n’a pas le droit de raconter n’importe quoi , à fortiori quand toute sa notoriété vient du combat courageux contre les islamistes
